- Upon confirmation of payment, we will initiate the transfer of the website files within 24-48 hours.
- You will receive a secure email containing all necessary credentials, including access to your content management system (CMS), hosting panel (if applicable), and any other relevant details.
- If you require assistance with deployment or setup, our team is available to guide you through the process.
Domain Name Transfers
- Domain names will be transferred to your preferred registrar following industry-standard procedures.
- This process typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the registrar’s policies and transfer speed.
- You will be notified via email once the transfer is successfully completed.
2. Delivery of Custom Web & App Design/Development
Project Timelines & Milestones
- Each project is unique, and delivery timelines vary based on complexity and requirements.
- A detailed project roadmap will be shared at the outset, outlining key milestones and expected completion dates.
- Throughout the development process, we maintain regular communication to keep you informed of progress.
Delivery of Final Product
- Once development is complete and the project has been approved by the client, all final files, login credentials, and necessary documentation will be securely delivered.
- If the project includes hosting or deployment, we will assist in setting up the website or app on your preferred hosting environment.
- For mobile apps, we can guide you through the submission process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store if required.
3. Digital Marketing Services Delivery
Campaign Setup & Activation
- Upon agreement and payment, we begin setting up digital marketing campaigns within 3-5 business days.
- This includes SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, and other services as per the agreed strategy.
- Clients will receive access to campaign reports and analytics to track progress.
Ongoing Services

6. Refund Policy
At Wiz Media, we strive to deliver exceptional digital solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of digital products and services, our refund policy is outlined below:
Non-Refundable Products & Services
- Domain Name Purchases & Transfers – Once a domain name has been purchased and transferred, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to registrar policies.
- Ready-Made Websites – As these websites are digital products delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued once the website files have been transferred.
- Branding Packages – All branding materials, including logos, brand kits, and digital assets purchased from our shop, are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund Eligibility for Custom Services
Refunds for custom web development, app development, and digital marketing services are only considered if:
- Work has not yet commenced on the project.
- A cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
- If a project is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to unforeseen circumstances caused by Wiz Media, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued once development or marketing work has started, as resources and time will have already been allocated.
How to Request a Refund
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at Contact@wizmedia.co.uk with your order details and reason for the request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
