Stop the guesswork and the no-shows.
Bookings at Radical Muay Thai happened over WhatsApp, and newcomers had to guess which class to walk into. The coach wanted to move off his old website builder, cut the no-shows, and give beginners a simple, safe way to book the session that actually suits them.
- A dark brand system drawn from the gym itself: ink, bone, red and gold
- A seven page website, set up for local search
- The booking triage that picks the right session
- An API behind it, built to grow into bookings, members and payments
- Hosting prepared on Hetzner, with backups and a written switch over plan
- Concept screens for the member app that comes next
Built so a beginner can book with confidence.
Age, experience, goal, availability and details pick the session, show the next real date it runs and explain why it was chosen.
Under 14s are never placed in an adult class, and unusual cases go to the coach to approve before anything is confirmed.
A first timer can always request a place without signing up.
If no class fits, the site offers a one to one and records the request, so the coach can see the demand.
The built site was checked screen by screen against the approved design, within 0.14% at three screen sizes.
Every detail on the site comes from the coach himself. Nothing was invented to fill space.
A small site with a serious engine.
Next.js for the website, a NestJS API with Prisma behind the booking flow, and Docker with Caddy on Hetzner, ready for the member app to plug into later.
