Finding a room abroad, without the scams.
Romanians abroad mostly look for rooms in Facebook groups full of scams, while the big UK portals barely cover rooms and do not speak Romanian. Chirie set out to give them verified listings, safe in-app chat and, for landlords and agents, a proper back office.

Each listing is approved by a person, and landlords and agents are verified before they can post.
The chat blocks phone numbers, bank and card details, even when they are spelled out in words, and alerts the team.
Agents sign tenancy agreements in the app with a full audit trail, and deposits are tracked against the 30 day protection deadline.
Stats refresh every 60 seconds, with lead tracking, who is looking, and featured credits.
The app speaks English, Romanian, Spanish, Italian, French and German.
