Devin ce beau
A phone app for a water and juice delivery business in Bucharest, built on top of the online shop it already had. Customers order from the app, drivers get the orders for their area, and the owner hands out the work.

Add an app, drivers and dispatch, without touching the shop.
The business already sold through a WooCommerce shop and wanted an app on top of it. WooCommerce has no app login, no driver role tied to a delivery area and no way to assign orders, so the job was to add those without rebuilding or migrating the shop.
- An interactive design in Romanian: 19 phone screens for customers, drivers and the manager
- An iPhone app in React Native, reading the shop's catalogue live
- Driver and manager screens for the daily deliveries
- A custom WordPress plugin for accounts, drivers, zones and order assignment
- A security review of the plugin, with a 12 point audit
- A redrawn logo and a handover guide in Romanian
The shop stays as it is. Everything else sits on top.
Products, prices and images come straight from the shop, so there is no second catalogue to keep in sync.
Orders are sorted into seven zones from the postcode: Bucharest's six sectors and Ilfov.
Customers order, drivers see their own area's deliveries, and the manager assigns the work.
Login throttling, suspended accounts lose access at once, and every query is limited. The plugin passed all 16 of its tests.
Activate the plugin and it configures itself. Drivers are added from the app.
Small changes reach phones over the air, without waiting for a new store release.
Built around what the business already had.
React Native with Expo for the app, the shop's own WooCommerce data for products and checkout, and a small custom WordPress plugin for everything WooCommerce cannot do on its own.
